- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen travel incidents. Thai Travel Store is not liable for any such incidents that are beyond our control.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or transportation disruptions. In the event of a force majeure, we will work with you to reschedule your booking where possible, but refunds are subject to the policies of the service providers involved.
6. Travel Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary visas, passports, and health documents for travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
