Yes! You’re welcome to pay off your remaining balance early. Just contact us, and we’ll arrange it for you.
Do I have to pay using TravelBalance?
No, you can choose to pay the full total at the time of booking if that works better for you.

TravelBalance is available for all bookings of 10,000 THB or more, including day tours, multi-day packages, and hotel & transfer combinations.

- If a specific request requires us to use dynamic pricing from agent portals, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

- Quad: Pay 25% at booking, then 25% at 90, 60, and 30 days before departure.
- Triple: Pay 35% at booking, then 35% at 60 days and 30% at 30 days before departure.
- Twin: Pay 50% at booking, then 50% at 30 days before departure.

- There’s no credit check required to use TravelBalance. We designed this service to make travel easier and more accessible for everyone.
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, a 10% cancellation fee applies to the total booking amount.
This fee helps cover administration, payment processing, and supplier penalties. For packages with flights, the flight cost is non-refundable unless a refundable fare was selected.

- We’re happy to provide documentation to help with any insurance claims.
- Life happens! If you miss a payment, we’ll give you a 7-day grace period to catch up.
- After 7 days, the booking will be canceled, and a 10% fee will be applied to payments already made. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or bank transfer).
- While most refunds take 7–14 days, it can take up to 56 days, depending on your bank.
- For guests in the USA, UK, Australia, UAE, and EU, we offer express bank transfers for a small admin fee of 500 THB.
- Please note: Due to currency fluctuations, the refunded amount may be slightly more or less than the original amount paid.
